moving navigation buttons “next” and “previous page” from bottom to top

Hi there, I am using the Focus premium theme. When I post a video on the bottom of that page it has buttons that lead to the next or previous video/post. It seems weird that these buttons are only all the way down, because in my case, people would have to scroll down to see…
