Google Authorship and missing Author Page

Hi everybody I’m trying to set the Google Authorship, but my site misses the Author page: I created a post, and if I click on my name (in the Author byline) it redirects me to a “404 page not found”. Is it a Theme issue? How can I fix it? TNX!!! URL: http://www.bullismoonline.it
