Customize colors without Vantage Premium?

Can you still change the colors of the header, for example, without Vantage Premium? My only options for things to customize are the site title and tagline, front page, and widgets. However, I would really like to play with other colors besides black and white. Easy question, but I appreciate the help! URL: http://connectady.com
