Theme doesn’t seem to be customizable.

I installed this theme because it sounded so good, but nothing will edit. I activated it, but when I go to customize, the ‘start editing’ link does nothing. I’ve tried working in three different browsers and two different computers. The theme just doesn’t respond. It does say, ‘You are previewing’ at the top right of…
