Influence to Plus upgrade

Hi, I have signed up for the newsletter and got the download link to the Plus. I have gone through the steps and installed the influence plus on plugins and activated it but it seems like the whole influence theme itself does not want to upgrade to Plus and keeps going on about it. Please…
