General Questions re: slider, and comments box

Some questions regarding Vantage as I’m having some problems getting it to do what I want. 1. Is there a way that I can make the top menu bar and metaslider full width, and then the body underneath it boxed? Or at least to make the slider full width when the rest of the theme…
