Customize not changing Titlefont thickness, size or color inside of Vantage Premium.

Hi, Trying to create and style a site quickly for a client using the Vantage Theme with the Premium Features she paid for. It seems that the WordPress Customize Page for the Vantage Theme is not functioning properly on her site: http://personalpower.today.
