Menue Bar is blinking when scrolling down

Hello Site Origin team, I’ve noticed that when I use Chrome and scroll down my page, the menue bar is sometimes (not permanently) kind of “blinking” instead of staying fixed at the top. I don’t know if it appears and disappears or is just jumping back to the top. However, is there anything I can…
