403 Forbidden on New Clean Install

Hi,

I have just stated a new fresh, clean, empty wordpress site.
I’ve added 3 test posts.
I get 403 Forbidden whenever I go to Appearance -> Customise

As this is a new empty site essentially with no other plugins … I’m a bit confused.
Should I use the FOCUS Theme with WP 4.7.2 or is it unstable?

Happy to let you play all over it at this early stage.

    This isn’t a known issue. Do you get the same problem when you switch to a default WordPress theme?
