how to get the sub-menu on Current theme?

I like this theme and it’s like perfect one, only the problem with menu… I don’t understand why they show only the primary one, but the sub-items aren’t showed… I’ve added all sub-item on each primary item, but they show only primary item… how can I fix this, thanks in advance URL: http://picapok.com/
