Visual Editor is stripping code off my Thrive Themes Plugin

Hello,
I am having problems getting a short code to work on my site. Im using your page builder and visual editor in the box. I have spoken to the support team on Thrive and they said the following..
“Maybe you can ask this visual editor’s support team why the TL shortcode is stripped? I see it added in the editor but none of the shortcode tags that are supposed to render show up on the actual page.”
