    Hi Andrea

Do you get the same issue when switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen?

vCard hasn’t changed in quite some time, but it should still work with the latest version of WordPress. All I can suggest is deleting the theme, then reinstalling it. If you have access to your PHP error logs, then knowing what PHP error you see would help.

    Hi Greg,
No, I don't get the same issue with any other template.

I did a lot of work on this, so reinstalling would basically wipe out all the changes I made.. not exactly the "support" I was hoping for tbh.

    Hi Andrea

You wont lose any of your content by reinstalling the theme. You’ll only lose changes you’ve made to the actual theme files. If you were making modifications to your theme files, this might be what’s causing the error.

The error only occurred with the latest update, it was fine before.

In our testing, vCard is working with the latest version of WordPress – http://demo.siteorigin.com/vcard/

You mentioned that you updated vCard, can you let me know which version you’re running? Can you also double check that the developer of your theme is in fact SiteOrigin. We haven’t released an update to vCard in quite some time.
