    As the link provided directs to the wordpress.org site I recommend that you get in touch with their support staff to report this issue via this link https://wordpress.org/support/.

    However, if you have any other theme related issue that you may need support for, always feel free to open a new thread

    This theme was actually removed from the WordPress directory because it uses shortcodes (which aren’t allowed in a WordPress theme hosted on WP.org). I’ll update the vCard link on SiteOrigin.
