Using Powen Lite – How to remove spacing between rows

I’ve tried the codes on previous threads but none has worked so far.
I want to add 3 rows with 2 columns each but everytime but there’s always that big gap/space in between.
HELP!

I have the SiteOrigin CSS, Widgets Bundle and PageBuilder all installed.
