I’ve changed the tagline everywhere in the dashboard: settings, customize, appearance-theme settings and saved. When I place a link on facebook, my home page shows up (oversized) with the old tagline: Just Another WordPress Site….

Please help with this.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dave

If you’ve already changed your site tagline in Settings > General, then it’s possible that your old tagline is just being cached somewhere. Try clearing the cache on any caching plugins you might have installed.

If the only place you’re having cache problems is on Facebook, then it’s possible you just need to clear the Facebook cache of your site. This should answer your question – http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5256114/how-to-clear-facebook-sharer-cache
