Space between rows

I’ am having problem with page Build. I can’t eliminate the empty space in a row. in my page “galeria”. I want to put images close to each other, but I can eliminate the space between rows.
I can do it if i put the image has background, but when I put insert by media, gives a problem.
has you can see on the image below i had insert a empty row and still has lost space.

I tried to go in setting>pagebuild> layout> and change the Row Bottom Margin to “1” , but this don’t solve the problem.
