SiteOrigin Editor is missing a whole row of text buttons.

I have deactivated all plug-ins except SiteOrigin’s and Sidekick. Still I only have half of the text buttons. I cannot color, enlarge, change font or anything else with text.

I have WordPress 4.3.1 and SiteOrigin 1.5.4. WordPress Theme is North.

I am new at this and I am not sure SiteOrigin installed correctly.
