SiteOrigin CSS not supporting RTL

Hello,
First thanks for the great plugins!

Now, i download the SiteOrigin CSS plugin and i see that it’s not supporting RTL
all mess and you can’t work.

2. Why we can’t edit pages/posts? and only the home page.
