I really want to use your plugin for my Directory Engine by Engine Themes in wordpress. I installed it but it does not work.
It has “” instead of the names in the left hand live editor. Plus when you click on an element to edit it just says, , again instead of the names.
I hope you can help as I desperately need this plugin to work.
Thanks,
Laurence

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Laurence

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue (if any).

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

OK thanks, I'll give it a go.
I wondered if it was because of my theme which is a premium theme called
    Directory Engine by engine themes.

So I turned off all plugins and it was still a no go.
    Here's a screenshot.
