responsive layout settings not working in clearly

On my phone the site text column (there is just one) is very skinny and off center to the Left. It looks the same even if I turn on “Request Desktop Site.”
I can change the attributes of the SiteOrigin Page Builder Responsive Layout (which IS checked) all I want and it changes nothing in how it appears on my phone. (ex. Mobil Width; Row Bottom Margin; Row Gutter; Full Width Container = body. These settings change nothing.

So, viewing my site on a cell phone is very difficult.
