Remove solid line?

I have seen some having problems removing the solid line underneath a text block.
I have tried to follow the recommended steps, but it doesn’t seems to be working.
My problem is the 2 solid lines in the middle of the page.

    Hi Jesper

    It would seem that styling is coming from your theme’s default widget styling. One solution might be to remove the default widget class from Page Builder widgets. Just navigate to Settings > Page Builder in your WordPress admin. Under the Widgets tab, disable “Add Widget Class”.
