Prospect – Premium Content?

Hi. I have just discovered the great SiteOrigin themes and like the look of Page Builder.

I want to use Prospect Theme for a simple site. It would be great to have access to the coloured buttons, the Contact Form 7 integration, and the Comments integration. But apparently there is no Premium upgrade option even though the Premium Content is still listed.

Is it possible to get the Premium content for this theme?
