Tried upgrading my Theme:Focus by making a payment from Paypal but the transaction does not go through. Please advise.

i have a problem with the upgrade to the premium version for more than 7 hours! I already have installed and activated the free version. Now i wanted to enter the Order Number and got the message:
Your Order Number Is []
There was a problem contacting our validation servers. Please try again later, or upgrade manually using the ZIP file we sent you.
I also tried to upload the zip folder, but there also appears following message:
Theme is already excisting – installation failed.
Please help.
