Pitch Theme: Footer is in the middle of the page after adding background

Hello,

first of all, you created an awsome theme.

Now I got a little problem, after adding a background on some pages the footer is set in the middle of the page (but on othere pages it isn’t)

Can you imagine why this happens and how I can solve it? I wasn’t able to find something in the Forum.
