Payment not working for the Premium version

Hello,

I’ve twice tried to buy and pay by Credit Card a Single Premium license, but it just didn’t work.

Error: There was an error processing your order. Please contact support.

Voilà…

    No problem. I’ll wait 3 to 4 days before paying for the Premium version.

    I can see one payment attempt via PayPal. Have you tried to checkout using the Stripe payment gateway, perhaps give that a try.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have direct access to the reasons a PayPal transactions fails. With the Stripe payment gateway we get more info if a transaction fails.

    I’ve tried one with Paypal, but that’s was a mistake. I want to pay with a credit card, I’ve tried twice.

    Thanks for your reply. During checkout there is an option to select PayPal or Credit Card. PayPal is selected by default but you can switch over to the Credit Card option which uses the Stripe gateway. Did you also give that a try?
