Paid for Theme – No Email

Hello,

I paid for the advantage theme but never received and email. I didn’t sign into paypal I just used the quick CC payment method

    Can you try this form – Page: Retrieve Your Theme Order Numbers

    Even if you didn’t use a PayPal login, just enter the email you’d most likely have entered for the order. If that doesn’t work, can you drop an email to [email protected] – we’ll be able to get your details and track down your order there.

    I sent an email 3 days ago and still haven’t received a response. I used the portal and it said will send info to email and it still didn’t send. What’s the next step?

    Very sorry about that. I see Andrew did reply to your support ticket on the 19th. It’s possible the email got caught up in a filter. Can you check for an email from [email protected]?

    I’ll forward you a copy of the email from my personal email address to make sure it gets through to you.
