Page Builder tab doesn’t show up

Hi, I have an older version of WordPress (3.8, I think)…. is it compatible with the current version of Page Builder?

After I installed and activated the Page Builder plug in, I came upon a few problems.

1. The Page Builder tab isn’t there at all – on new pages I create or existing pages.
2. The box where I would edit my content on existing pages (either under the Visual or Text tab) is completely empty. The website content is still there on the front end but invisible and not editable on the back end.

I checked the Page Builder settings and the Pages box is checked.

Any advice? I deactivated all other plugins and still having this problem.

Thank you.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Rachel

Unfortunately, Page Builder isn’t compatible with older versions of WordPress. It was our mistake not updating the required version. We’ll update this information when we next release an update.

That said, it would be a good idea to update the version of WordPress that you’re running. Older versions can have security flaws that new versions of WordPress have fixed, so it’s always best to be up to date.
