Having just installed WordPress and Page Builder I could scarcely be less experienced, but I’ve
watched the tutorials and read the Getting Started docs and all is as expected except for one troubling thing.
In PB Live Editor I get the screen showing the widget list and live preview of content on the right. Clicking on the widget (just one text widget so far with a bit of text entered) brings up the text and it is editable insofar as I can delete and retype. But what “widget edit dialogue” should I expect to see? Should I be able to see the WordPress toolbars for editing (with icons for alignment, italics etc.)? As it is, I can’t see how to edit in the way that can be done in the WordPress editor. The active theme is called “Able”.
I’m sorry to be asking such an elementary thing, but I really have spent a long time trying to sort this out for myself and I shall be truly grateful for some help.
Hi Goog-16
The edit dialog will depend on what type of text widget you use. The standard text widget is just that, a text box. You can use the Visual Editor Widget and get a text box with the toolbars as long as you have this plugin installed

Thank you, Magus
Knowing that is very helpful; at least I now know what I should be trying to do. So I tried to install the tinymce widget but got a message to say that it wasn’t able to connect with remote URL. I should enable allow_ url_fopen and cURL. I discovered that URL_fopen was already enabled, but the cURL does not appear in the list of PHP settings on my server (OzeVision). That’s as far as I’ve got!
Hi Goog-16
To install the plugin please navigate to Plugins->Add New and enter ‘Black Studio TinyMCE’ in the search box. You should be able to install it from the displayed list without needing cURL.

Thank you again, Magus
I deleted the installation of TinyMCE and tried a new install as you suggest. This time no message came up about cURL and Visual Editor appears among the widgets. It produces the editing toolbars. Wonderful! I really appreciate your help.
