Onepage theme (or one page theme)

I have some people asking for a website with a onepage theme. With the active item in the menu changing as you scroll down the page. I tried to simulate it with vantage theme and some anchor links but it is not as nice as compared to for instance the apex theme (http://themeforest.net/item/apex-responsive-wordpress-theme/8745522) .

Do you have any plans on developing a onepage theme that works with the page builder?
