No editor (H1, H2, Fonts, Size etc) when using pagecreator, textbox with editor, theme Nevada

Dear support,

When I use the page creator for my Nevada theme, the editor doesn’t shows up when I select editor with textbox. I did the recent updates of WordPress, theme Nevada, pagecreator plugin and Black Tiny MCE widget.

I hope you can help me with this problem.
