Multiple sliders on a non Home page.

I want to imbed several (6) sliders on one page, each that would be activated by a click from a start photo, but ensure that my home page slider does not change. I tried to add one slider on a page (with the short code from a newly created slide show) and my homepage slider changed using Meta Slider
