Menu color change

Hi, support team.
I want to change the menu color and your tutorial says “navigate to Appearance > Customize > Menu. Set the color by clicking on the “Select Color” button next to each setting respectively.”
However, I don’t see Menu under Customize. Is it because I am using free template?
