Make Circle Icon widget more like SiteOrigin Feature widget (Enhancement)

The SiteOrigin Feature widget uses a graphical icon picker for choosing the icon. The Circle Icon widget uses a drop-down text list.

Would it be possible to use the graphical icon picker used in the Feature widget in the Circle Icon widget?
