Large gap between header and posts – Moesia Theme

Hey guys! I was looking to make my header half of the page, so you can see posts without scrolling down. After hours of searching I was able to shorten the header, but now I have this big space between the header and posts. How do I fix this?

Where do I go in the coding to fix this and make it look normal with the posts right below the header?
