How to Reduce the Gap between two widgets in Page Builder

I am trying to customise the gap between two widgets in the page builder but i am unable to find the place where i can adjust the size gap between rows.
I tried exploring the settings section -> page builder but didn’t find any solution.

    I’m having the same problem.
    Can’t figure out how to remove any unneeded spacing/margin between rows.

    Bottom Margin doesn’t seem to accept negative values, which was the solution I tried.

    After searching a lot I found that it’s possible to change the Row Bottom Margin (the Default margin below rows.) and the
    Row Gutter ( Default spacing between columns in each row. ) in Settings / Page Builder / Layout.
    Nevertheless, it didn’t result in the expected margin:
