how to have some space below the menu – on Post pages only

hello,

for regular pages i wanted to have no space after the menu, as you can see on my homepage or any other page. i add this code for that ( if i remember correctly):

    padding: 0px;


}

for POSTS pages i do want some space, cause the post title stuck near to the menu, its not nice. how to achieve it? i tried something like that ( no luck):

#post {


    padding: 20px;


}
