How can we have information re some of the themes?

Hello, I’ve been browsing for 15 minutes to find out how to get in contact with someone with a question about one of your theme. For this I must start a thread since email is reserve to ‘our premium’ users. So I cannot start spending money buying the Pitch theme before I have some info about it like Shortcode and sidebars ans the lovely slider on the landing page.
So how do I get to talk to someone with my questions on the Pitch theme?
