How can I control space between columns?

I have a row with 2 columns: 25% and 75%
The image that goes on the first column is 300x300px and the second image is 300x600px.
I was able to adjust the space between rows using the Layout Settings but I can’t figure out how to do the same with the columns.
Please help.
