Header photo loads really slow.

The header photo’s loads after like 5 seconds when i go to a page with the header on it. and sometimes te header just loads but then the text is going mad and is placed in the footer or something.

Is this a common problem? And how do i solve it?

    First of all I apologize for the delayed response.

    I have just checked your site and apparently it is not accessible am getting a 403 Forbidden notification.

    Would you mind making it accessible so that I take a look at the issue you have highlighted?

    Hey,

    I made the photo’s a little bit smaller. so now they load a bit faster. I changed the url to http://www.perceptie.org.
