Duplicate h1 tags Estate pro theme

Hey Guys,

I’m having a SEO issue with the h1 tags in the header of the estate theme.
I only have the issue on my home page
I have tried changing them in the header.php but each time I do I get different errors.
At default I have duplicate h1. One of them being from the code

<h1 class="assistive-text"></h1>

I changed it to h2 but still had issues reporting there was a empty h1 tag. from the following code.
