disable the “search” option?

Hi there,

another question re. the “Focus” theme:
how do I eliminate/deselect/disable the “search” option (widget??) ? (sorry for the shaky vocabulary!)

I’m completly new to wordpress and struggle to find my way around…
Hope someone knows the answer – I assume it’s very simple…
