Check to see if Page Builder is active on current template

Is there a way to check if the current page uses a Page Builder layout? I’m using Sage theme which uses a “theme wrapper” to wrap a common grid layout throughout the theme. I’d like to bypass this whenever Page Builder is used so that I may bypass this.
