Can not delete Row

Have Page Builder by Site Origins and can’t see the options to remove or delete rows.
Have done these steps
Please run through a few steps here:
1. Head to Plugins and ensure you have Page Builder by SiteOrigin installed.
2. Head to Dashboard > Updates and ensure no updates are pending for anything.
3. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-check to see if the problem has resolved, if it has then run through the steps outlined here: https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/
