Add Link To A Client Portal – Vantage Theme

I need to make a link under a Contact Us page on the menu that will say Client Portal. This link will be directed to a sub domain that has a support ticket portal. It also needs to open in a new tab.
Any suggestions on how I do this?

    Hi Boink

    If you navigate to Appearance->Menu you can add the item you need as a Link from the entries on the left. Just enter the destination Address, a name for the menu item and choose whether or not to open it in a new window. Once you have done this add it to the menu and drag it up under the contact menu item as a child item. It should indent slightly.

    Thanks Magus, awesome support. I did as you said but it didn’t give me any option to open it in a new tab. All it wold let me do is make the link on the nav menu.

    Hi Boink

    Sorry about that. This option is hidden by default.

    When you are on the menu page click Screen Options at the top and enable Link Target from the bottom row of options.

    This will give you the check box for opening in a new window.
