Add Graphic to Custom Link in Menu

Was wondering if you could add a graphic to a custom link in the menu? Similar to how you can add a menu icon on a page – I’m not seeing any option on a custom link — I’m using the phone number as a custom link, and would love to add the telephone before it. Thanks!
