External link doesn’t work

The link doesn’t transfer to my website and the Hostgator rep says that the problem is with the Page Builder plug-in. Please help to make it work since I don’t want to start all over again and Page Builder is the basis for my whole website. Thanks URL: http://www.laneysvoice.com
