Theme not uploading

Hi, I am new to Word Press so I think it might be a quick fix. I am downloaded a great theme called Focus: https://siteorigin.com/theme/focus/ It’s perfect for me but when I upload the .zip file it doesn’t seem to look at all similar to the theme downloaded. The link above shows what the focus…
