Remove date stamp on Price Table page

When I created a table using Price Table, it puts a date stamp at the top of the table: On 1 September, 2014 by admin With 0 Comments I can’t figure out how to remove it. URL: http://nrecmoosehead.org/?post_type=pricetable&p=682&preview=true
