How to Request a Refund

- Your order number or the email address associated with your account
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Auto-Renewal
SiteOrigin Premium subscriptions auto-renew annually. We send a reminder email before each renewal. If you'd like to prevent renewal charges:
- Cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account dashboard
- Or contact us at [email protected]
If you are charged for an unwanted renewal, contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund for that renewal period.
Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription or your license expires:
- Your content stays: Everything you've built with SiteOrigin products remains on your site, fully functional
- Premium addons deactivate: Premium addon features will stop working, but your content and layouts are preserved
- Free plugins continue working: SiteOrigin Page Builder, Widgets Bundle, CSS, and Installer are free forever
- You can resubscribe anytime: Your Premium settings and configurations will be restored when you resubscribe
