I’ve run the Mobile Friendly Test against your website and for whatever reason, the stylesheet isn’t loading for this test (this is noticeable due to the very white and basic looking screenshot) – that’s a huge issue and likely the source of these two flags.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

I tried to enable or disable plugins but not solved and in search console its say blocked by robot.txt but I did there as well can you check what is the actual issue

To confirm, are you stating disabling all non-SiteOrigin Page Builder plugins didn’t help? The important part of this test is that all non-SiteOrigin plugins must be disabled.

Can you please show me a screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
